Headed down to the FDR viewing area on 49th for the Macy’s Fireworks on the East River, and although tired as hell, still had enough energy to walk around my neighborhood of Washington Heights/Inwood, to get some even more beautiful shots of fireworks. Canon 5D MkIII, 24-105 4.0, 50 1.4, 70-200 2.8.
Some shots taken uptown during a late night bike ride, with my Leica D-Lux 109. Unfortunately I was kicked out of the park by the NYPD due to recent (at the time) robberies.
